All charters depart from Port Bloomfield Staging Post. View on Google Maps.

We can be easily accessed by road (approx 4 hours) from Cairns, or by air via the Mount Louis airstrip.
We depart early in the morning and return around 5 PM. Exact times may vary slightly depending on tides and conditions.
Your full-day charter includes:
  • Lunch, soft drinks, and light refreshments
  • Sunscreen
  • Use of top-quality Shimano fishing gear including game reels, spin reels, and electric deep-drop reels
  • All bait and tackle
  • A friendly, experienced local crew
We recommend bringing:
  • A hat and sunglasses
  • Light long-sleeve shirt and sun-safe clothing
  • A small cooler bag or esky for your catch (optional)
No - we are fully licensed, and all required permits are covered under our commercial charter operation.
Yes! We follow all size and bag limits regulated in Queensland. Your crew will assist with cleaning and bagging your catch. Some species may be released for sustainability or legal reasons.
Absolutely. Our crew is patient and experienced with all skill levels. Families and first-timers are very welcome.
Your safety is our priority. If the weather is unsuitable, we’ll contact you as early as possible to reschedule or offer a full refund.
Yes, in moderation. You're welcome to bring a few beers or a bottle of wine. Please drink responsibly - this is a fishing trip, not a booze cruise.
